01 / THE IDEA OF THE HOUSE

A symmetrical hall
facing the garden.

A symmetrical arrival hall opens toward the garden. The ornament follows its structure: repeated lines at the ceiling, a stepped silhouette above the entrance and a long path to the rooms.

The house is a visual story, not a historical building record. Its character comes from the relationship between ceremonial public rooms and more private places to pause.

02

Two rooms: the Garden Room
and the Lantern Suite.

Two rooms on the plan.
No availability or price is given.

The room pairs a narrow writing niche with a broader sleeping space. Repeated vertical lines bring the public architecture into a quieter scale.

The Lantern Suite

A top-floor sitting room beneath a stepped ceiling, with a view across the rooftops.
